* General Discount Conditions
Applied to the monthly rental price.
Temporary offer, valid only during the specified period.
Valid for specified contracts only.
Applicable only to fully confirmed contracts (signed contract and first month’s rent paid).
Minimum rental price for application 860€
One-time offer, one discount per tenant
If the contract ends before the agreed end date, the discount does not apply.
The discount is applied at the end of the stay! The total amount of 12 x applicable monthly discount will be refunded together with your deposit.
If the contract is cancelled before the start date, the Early Bird Discount does not apply to any notice or cancellation fees.
Valid on standard comfort studios only (excluding studio: 0203, 0002, 0003)
Discounts are individuale and cannot be transferred, valid one-time and not automatically applied to rental extensions
