Door vroeg te boeken, ben niet enkel jij zeker van je mooie plekje, maar help je ons ook om onze planning tijdig en efficiënt in te vullen. Zo kunnen we het aantal bezichtigingen beperken en onze huidige studenten zo min mogelijk storen tijdens hun academiejaar.
Voor ons betekent dit een beter gevulde kalender en minder (of zelfs geen) extra opendeurdagen in de toekomst. Voor jou betekent het: zekerheid, rust én een mooie korting op de maandelijkse huur.

Early Bird Discount Conditions
Applied to the monthl rental price.
Temporary offer, valid only during the specified period.
Valid for 12-month contracts only.
Applicable only to fully confirmed contracts (signed contract and first month’s rent paid).
Minimum rental price for application 850€
One-time offer, one discount per tenant
If the contract ends before the agreed end date, the discount does not apply.
One-time discount per tenant.
If the contract is cancelled before the start date, the Early Bird Discount does not apply to any notice or cancellation fees.
